Journal of the Human and Social Science Researches applies a transparent and clearly defined fee policy.
An article processing fee is charged to cover the administrative and operational costs of managing the editorial screening and peer review processes. The fee is charged at submission, prior to peer review, and is required for all submitted manuscripts.
This fee is independent of the editorial decision. Payment of the fee does not guarantee acceptance and has no influence on the peer review process or final editorial decision. All manuscripts are evaluated solely on the basis of academic merit, originality, and relevance to the journal’s scope, in accordance with the principles of independent and unbiased peer review.
The journal maintains a strict separation between financial processes and editorial decision-making. Editors and reviewers are not informed about the payment status of the authors.
The fee is non-refundable, including in cases where manuscripts are rejected or withdrawn, as it covers services already provided during the editorial and peer review process.
The journal does not operate a pay-to-publish model and does not charge any additional fees for publication. There are no hidden fees. All accepted articles are published free of charge.
Furthermore, submission to the journal and access to published content are free of charge. All articles are made immediately available under open access without any subscription or access fees.
